My name is Alieu Turay, but most people know me as Ali. I’m a filmmaker, photographer, and creative director based in the DMV area. I run two visual brands—Kodachrome.pro for passion-driven projects and storytelling, and Turay.Prod for client work, from fashion campaigns to branded content.

I’ve always had a thing for visuals—sunsets, stories, still frames that say too much without words. What started as a fascination turned into a career built on turning fleeting moments into lasting visuals. Whether I’m directing a short film, crafting an Instagram reel, or capturing the energy of a fashion show, my goal is always the same: create something that resonates.

My work is inspired by movies, music, culture, and real conversations. I don’t just make content—I build narratives. Sometimes gritty, sometimes poetic, always honest.
